Work-study programme

"Solid knowledge transfer with a high degree of practical orientation."

A programme at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) combines theoretical knowledge with practical application in the workplace. The work-study concept consists of theory and practice phases which alternate every 12 weeks. The theoretical knowledge acquired can thus be immediately applied in practice and extended. The comprehensive practical experience facilitates a fast and direct career launch.

For us, in addition to imparting professional know-how, a qualified study-work programme most importantly entails personal, extensive guidance during the whole duration of the programme.

Together with the university, our trainers optimally prepare you for your scope of responsibilities as well as for your assignments and bachelor thesis. In the practice phase you are given actual projects to be completed independently. In this way, we promote your ability to work in a team, social skills and independent working habits, etc. Students also take part in in-house training measures.
