AFRISO at the ISH in Frankfurt/M.

The ISH will be hosting the world’s biggest showcase for the combination of water and energy from March 12 to 16, 2013. For sustainable sanitation solutions, air-conditioning, cooling and ventilation technology and energy efficient heating technologies in conjunction with renewable energies – the leading international trade fair ISH covers all aspects of future-oriented building solutions. Over 2,300 exhibitors will be presenting their latest innovations in the five product groups “The Bathroom Experience”, “Building and Energy Technology”, “Efficient Systems and Renewable Energies”, “Aircontec: Air-conditioning, Cooling and Ventilation Technology” and “World of Installation Technology”. Although the largest group of visitors at the ISH is always the HVAC trade, many international visitors from other areas (installers, retail, engineers, architects, building construction and real estate companies, service providers, public authorities and universities) are expected to attend.

Visitors who think that only new products await
them at the AFRISO stand B25 in Hall 10.2
of the ISH are in for a pleasant surprise:
Weightlifter and Olympic gold medallist
Matthias Steiner will be giving all interested
visitors a chance to compete against him in
a specialised contest every afternoon from
1:00 on. Careful though: Matthias Steiner
is a qualified central heating system engineer
and gas fitter/plumber and knows his stuff!
AFRISO will again be presenting a comprehensive range of measuring and control instruments at this year’s ISH in hall 10.2, stand B25. A multitude of product innovations and new developments await the visitor, for example the new level sensor chains which are suitable for universal retrofitting of battery tank facilities from practically any manufacturer and which monitor all tanks for the best possible protection against overfill damage.

All set to premiere is a level sensor with a metallised protective sleeve which, thanks to its metallised surface and the design of the ventilation slot, almost entirely prevents the growth of microorganisms and ensures the long-term reliability of the level sensor. In future, the increased use of biofuel will mean an increased risk of microorganisms flourishing, which may cause the safety shut-off function of conventional level sensors to malfunction.

Those wishing to not only control but also monitor their solar system with a single device can check out the outstanding functionality of the new SolarControl, a system-independent solar controller. AFRISO will also be showing its new Domestic Water System Center HWSC, a complete solution for a drinking water manifold which unites all functions in an extremely small space and integrates perfectly into today’s technical facility rooms, basements and utility rooms.

But visitors who think that only products await them are in for a pleasant surprise: The popular and renowned weightlifter and Olympic gold medallist Matthias Steiner will be at the AFRISO stand, where everyone will have a chance to compete against him in a short but very specialised contest. Careful though: Matthias Steiner, a qualified central heating system engineer and gas fitter/plumber, is one of us. Someone who knows how to handle tools and materials. Anyone not up to competing can still get an autograph from Matthias Steiner on any day of the trade fair starting at 10:30 - anyone wishing to compete should come by in the afternoon from 1:00 on. Since the beginning of 2013, Matthias Steiner has been a brand ambassador for AFRISO, a family business with a long tradition.
